How To Use


To use a gift card:

  • During purchase, enter the gift card claim code in the appropriate field at checkout.
  • Please note: for gift certificates purchased prior to 2026, you DO NOT need to register your gift card and will enter the full 16 digit code without dashes in the claim code field.
  • Gift certificates purchased in 2026 or later should enter the full claim code including single dash.
  • If a balance remains on your gift card, please retain claim code for use during a future purchase.

If you are having difficulties utilizing your Gift Card, please contact the Box Office for assistance as a Gift Card cannot be retroactively applied to a transaction.
