“Kicking off the summer season at The Cape Playhouse is Robert Harling’s Steel Magnolias running June 12–23. The cast is led by Judy Kuhn as M’Lynn, Mary Testa as Ouiser, and Amy Bodnar as Truvy, with Jillian Louis as Annelle, Joy Franz as Clairee, and Laurie Veldheer as Shelby. Pamela Hunt directs.
The design team includes scenic design by Daniel Whiting, costume design by David Toser, wig design by Kurt Alger, sound design by Joseph Palermo, prop design by Marissa Piccuto, and lighting design by Jaron Kent Hermansen. Casting Director for the 2018 season is Geoff Josselson, CSA.”
