SUBSCRIBER NO-HASSLE TICKET EXCHANGES
There is no fee for exchanging your subscription tickets. Of course, you may be subject to an upgrade charge if you choose a more expensive seat or performance. When contacting our Box Office, please have an alternate date ready.
Subscription ticket exchanges may be made up until 30 minutes before curtain time, although we request 24 hours notice if possible. To alleviate seating conflicts, please rip up your old, invalid tickets at the time of exchange since our ticket-scanning system will no longer recognize them and will they will be turned away at the theater door.
Online: Complete the online exchange form at our website. We ask that all web exchanged be made at least three days prior to your originally scheduled performance.
By Phone: Call the Cape Playhouse Box Office at 508-385-3911 and make you exchange right over the phone!.
By Mail: Mail your exchange request and tickets to Cape Playhouse Box Office, P O Box 2001, Dennis, MA 02638.
By Fax: Fax your exchange request to the Cape Playhouse Box Office at 508-385-8162.
In Person: Visit our Box Office window during designated hours and discuss your options with a customer service representative. Please note: we regret that we are unable to process any future exchanges and/or purchases in person within 30 minutes of curtain times of any performance.
Seating
When exchanging your tickets, we will make every attempt to seat you as close as possible to your original seat location. Please note that exchanges and seating are subject to availability.
Lost Subscription Tickets
Lost subscription tickets may be replaced by calling the Cape Playhouse Box Office at 508-385-3911.
Avoid Long Lines!
Exchange your tickets by phone and we’ll be happy to mail you your new tickets as long as your new performance date is more than two weeks away. Tickets exchanged less than two weeks out are available for pick-up at the Box Office. [Please pick up your tickets at least fifteen minutes before your show to help avoid lines right before curtain time.]
SUBSCRIBER MISSED PERFORMANCE POLICY
As a Cape Playhouse subscriber, a missed performance isn’t a total miss. We know that last-minute emergencies may sometimes cause you to miss your scheduled performance. In such circumstances, the Box Office will do its best to assist you with seeing another performance of the same show for a small service charge.
Please call the Box Office at 508-385-3911 as soon as possible and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to arrange new tickets for you. All missed performance tickets are subject to availability, have a $10 per ticket service charge, and may not be exchanged.
We regret that we cannot issue refunds for performances that you miss and that we cannot guarantee that the available seating for your make-up show will be of equal monetary value as your original seating.
SUBSCRIBER MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We are so confident you’ll enjoy our shows that we offer a money back guarantee. Try us out with a couple of shows. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, return your remaining tickets for a full refund on all remaining shows. Donations, other purchases and service fees are not refundable. Offer good for first-time subscribers only.
Who is eligible? This offer is good for first-time subscribers to the 2011 Season only. Not valid for renewing subscribers.
How long is the offer valid? This offer expires one week prior to the ticketed date of your third show, by which point your refund request must be received by the Box Office.
What is covered by the refund guarantee? This offer applies to the cost of the remaining subscription tickets only – monetary contributions, additional purchases and handling fees are non-refundable.
How do I get a refund? The Cape Playhouse Box Office must receive a written request for a refund before a refund can be issued. You must attend two shows before submitting a request.
